We ship all orders Standard Ground shipping. Allow 1-2 weeks on all in-stock merchandise from your order date for your order to arrive at your delivery address. If your item isn’t in stock, you’ll be contacted by a customer service representative.
We ship to anywhere in the continental US, Canada and Caribbean (extra charges will apply for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Caribbean, Puerto Rico). All orders will be shipped via UPS, DHL, or Canada Post depending on your location. Thermal Electronics Corp. reserves right to change shipping carrier without any prior notice.
Before returning your product for repair or replacements, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-769-2395 or Tecteg@rogers.com for an RMA number. The full purchase price of the product will be credited to your credit card, Paypal account. Shipping costs incurred in receiving the order and for returning the product are not refundable. Make sure to include your receipt/invoice inside the returned box.
If TEG modules are used or broken we cannot accept returns. IPOWERTOWER and TEG Generators units can be returned. They must be in original box and undamaged.
